Indonesia's National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) President Suharyanto reported that 268 people lost their lives, more than 1000 people were injured, and at least 151 people were missing in the 5.6-magnitude earthquake that occurred yesterday in the city of Ciranjang in West Java province.
More than 22 thousand houses were destroyed in the earthquake, while more than 58 thousand people were displaced.
