English teacher in Flanders fired for dealing drugs to students
The management of the Digital Art Academy in the city of Aalst, in Belgium found that an unnamed English teacher was selling drugs to students.
The school administration terminated the teacher's contract, who provided drugs to students who were all under the age of 18. It was stated that the 50-year-old teacher was temporarily teaching at the school.
It was learned that the teacher gave the drug outside of school and after class hours. It is being investigated how many students have been supplied with drugs so far.
It was reported that the school administration informed the police when they learned about the incident, and the police and prosecutor's office launched an investigation.
