The sixteenth edition of Filem'on film festival for young audiences is about to come! The theme is “Unmasked". The best selection of arthouse films for young and young at heart complemented by creative workshops.
Filem'On - the International Film Festival for Young Audiences - is entering its 16th edition, with a 10-day festival from 26 October to 5 November 2022. As every year, the festival presents a unique programme to schools, families and associations in top cultural venues in Brussels. More than 130 films, in all genres and formats, for audiences aged 2 to 16, are on the bill. There are Belgian, European and international competition sections, and many films are shown in the presence of the director or one of the actors. There are also plenty of fun workshops and ciné-concerts specially organised for children and young people. The city of Brussels will then also be nicely highlighted by our fascinating cinema walking workshop.
This edition with the theme "Unmasked" will be full of suspense and unravelling secrets. For us, Unmasked is about detectives, but also about revealing or discovering truth, about showing your true self and a little nod to the world with covid. We are already on the edge of our seats, so are you!
