Football players who receive a direct red card in Belgium impose a fine of 1000 euros on the disciplinary committee of the federation.
Officials, who plan to tax this payment, have met with clubs for legal regulation.
When the application comes into effect, 30 percent tax will be paid to the state for red card penalties. The Belgian Government aims to create a resource of 160 thousand euros with the red card tax.
